All orders are shipped from Coconut Casa's warehouse in Sydney, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. We aim to have your package ready to go within 5 business days, ensuring minimal wait times.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, our domestic deliveries within Australia arrive within 2-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary, ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that these time frames are approximate and subject to potential delays beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Coconut Casa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes exchanges or refunds may be necessary. 

Here's what you need to know about our policy:

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer returns for store credit only, provided that it is returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Processing Time: Once received, we'll process the refund (store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card) and notify you via email. Your refund may take up to 10 days to be processed.

Exceptions: Please note that personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
